I recently performed a clean install of SOLIDWORKS Connected for Makers 2025 SP0.0. R2025x HotFix 0.6.

Now when performing Cut-Extrude I get the following Rebuild Error. “Operation failed due to geometric condition” 

Even the simplest profile, like the one shown, receives the same error. 

Does anyone have any insight on what may be going on?
