I have a part that I need to have a couple of holes taken out for a step file. This would be an easy thing IF the holes were their own sketch, but they aren't. See picture, I think it is easy to see what I mean.

The two small holes, top and bottom of the cutout, are then holes I'm talking about.

Is there a way to suppress the two sketches, save the step file, and then un-suppress the
