Explanation : You have an "Approved"/"Released" design where you need to make updates to multiple parts and/or assemblies.
To do this, you would need to "Pull back" the files in question and their respective parent referenced files a.k.a. "upstream components".
At the time of writing this, this is tediously manage manually.
This could be fixed by adding a "Parent Reference State" transition condition - similar to the "Child Reference State" transition condition.
