I just wondered if anyone has successfully used PDM templates to automatically create their 'Description' variable... pieced together from other variables.

We currently have the 'File Name' created in this way... but we'd like the Description to also follow a standard format/string, based on variables entered when the part is created (using a PDM Template).

For instance.... 'Product Name - Product
