Solidworks- Freeze Bar

Does anybody know why my SW rebuilds all features while im using the freeze bar below some features.

Wasnt it suppose to NOT rebuild the features above the freeze bar?

I opened my file in solidworks and it was all ok. I tried to use a feature, and when i clicked to confirm the feature, SW rebuilded all features, including the ones that were above the freeze bar.

Now I have errors in dozens of the initial features, and my tree has more than 1400 features.
