In otherwords, you can default it to "this configuration" as opposed to always change it from "all configurations". Where you can globally switch to "this configuration". Since the idea of a new configuration is to have exactly that. I am hesitant to use the configuration tree and just save the part as a new name because too many times I forget to switch to "this config..." and I make a mess of all the previous configs which I need to go back and clean up.
