I am trying to calculate the contact force oon a bolted joint.

On simulation I add the bolts and put screw preload on them. Also, I put a local interation/contact between the two metal sheets i want to calculate.

The problem is that simulation only shows an axial reaction when it should also have shear. All the shear reaction is absorved by the screws. If I give the screws more preload it only
