I just started working my way through the cswa prep course.  Lesson three hung on the last question of the quiz a couple of weeks ago, then worked today; lesson four video hangs up consistently at 3.04 and neither reloads nor toggling the play button nor clicking on the progress bar can get it past this point.

Any insights?
