I'm new to SolidWorks and notice after starting  new part file, and completing and exit a   sketch, the feature tab does not appear on the ribbon.  The sketch is fully defined.  The first time this happened I shut down SW and relaunched and the feature tab appeared. The second time setting down did not work.
