When performing a frequency analysis, I mesh with solid elements, high quality (requiered), standard mesh (requiered), fine density, automatic transition I have this message:

If I press "si", just mesh with distored elements and I am able to run the analysis. Is so bad to do that? There is only 1 layer on across thickness, for me is not good. The finer default element size is 5.2, bigger than the thickness.
