After reinstalling the SAME operating system on the SAME computer and reinstalling Draftsight, the software does not start because it tells me that another installation is active, BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE...... What can I do to be able to reinstall the software and continue working? 
I repeat: I DO NOT have ANY other license activated on ANY other computer.... how can I tell the software to cancel any
