I've just updated my desktop PC and laptop to 2025, we only have one shared single user license so it must be released for Solidworks to be used on another PC. In 2024 it was the '?' icon (top right) --> Licenses --> Deactivate  (Automatically over the Internet). There was a brief pause then Solidworks would shut down and I or someone else could use it on another machine.

There's a problem with 2025,
