Hey guys, I can't access my account online or through the app. Yesterday, SolidWorks asked me to sign in for some reason in the app, and I used an account (the username in the error) which I created on another laptop but didn't buy or download anything. Now when I try and sign in to the online portal with the account I do pay for, it denies me access to using it online. I can't even get support from
