My issue is simple, I have always run Solidworks on a desktop unit, and transferred the licence to my laptop when visiting clients. This has never been a problem.

The problem now is that the desktop machine has died, and I am not going to replace it, but I need to get my licence released from the desktop, to transfer it to my laptop. Surely there is a simple answer, any help would be appreciated.
