I am trying to make a fillet around a sheet metal part, that is bent to a radius approx. 250 mm. The piece thickness is 0,5mm. I found out that if I change the thickness to 2mm, for instance, it works normally, but at 0,5mm there is an error. It does not allow me to fillet completely around the part (it allows to fillet up to a 10 mm radius, more than that it gives an error).
