Hey all,


I purchased a license and what not for the 2024 SW software earlier this year, and had been using it every so often for a while. 

However a few weeks  ago, I got an error window saying that an update was required to open the software, and have been unable to access it since then.


The only option that it gives me for the update is to “access it through the 3DExperience portal”, and I’ve yet been
