I'm designing a flight of stairs with a continuous handrail and the piece connecting the handrails on the upper and lower flight is a fairly complex shape and would ideally be produced by lofting between two identical sections (Sketches). I can produce it by a swept boss but the end of sweep is not perfect and i have to modify the twist to get it close. Below is an image of the piece.
