Hello,

I updated from SW 2024 to SW 2025 on Windows 10 and everything went well. However, I could no longer open certain files.

So I uninstalled SW 2025 to reinstall it and now I can no longer install SW 2025. I can start 3DEXPERIENCELauncher but I only have repair and remove available, I can't do anything else.

I also have the old version 2024 at startup that starts an installation but stops along
