Hi guys I need your help.

I'm having trouble with strange behavior.

When I try to move a checked-in file to another holder as the Admin user, I get a message that I do not have the necessary permissions. However, I have given the Admin user all permissions with holder permissions, and all permissions with status permissions. What could be the reason why the file cannot be moved?
