Our current file structure using PDM is a generated hexadecimal shared across .sldasm .sldprt and .slddrw files.

i.e.

Create new part and save, file name = PB-016EE8
Create drawing from part and save, file name = PB-016EE9

These are configurations specific drawings as well.
