Due to very large assembly file size, we are forced to set all components to lightweight for decent performance.  I am trying to add balloons with the balloon text linked to "Custom Properties".  In this case I want the component's part number property.  

I choose the "Model found here" drop down option and "Selected component or other drawing view". Then I usually right click and I use "Select Other"
