I'm having some lagging issues with 2018 SP 0.1. Any time I need to edit a dimension/select a note/etc., anything that involves a popup toolbar and/or the feature manager I get a few second delay. This is especially noticeable when I enter equations for dimensions; every character I type the cursor appears to return to the beginning of the line and slowly scrolls to the end before the character
