Hi, I've just installed 3dexperience on a different computer because my normal installation has failed yet again after an update and I cannot remove 3dexperience on that computer.

So on the new computer I have 3deperience launcher and the system tray icon but clicking on it does nothing. If open the webapp directly from my browser and try to login it tells me I'm already logged in.
