I have some files that have several published envelopes.  I know that to delete the published envelope you first break the link with the source and then delete it.  In my case, however, the original source has itself been deleted--resulting in a ->?.  Since the published envelope is no longer able to "talk" to the source, I am unable to break and delete it.  Anyway to delete the envelope anyway?
