Hi

I am currently working on moving our CAD library to 3Dexperience, and I am running into issues with the long file path error.

What I do not understand, is that when I check the file path lengths using the LEN command in Excel, the file paths are shorter than the 255 limit. 

I am getting the following error message (this part specifically has a file path of 172 characters). 

Does anyone have any idea
