So, I'm designing a cipher wheel that has one row of text running around the outer edge of two concentric circles, and I want the letters to line up on each circle. Just in creating the parts, they line up about 60% of the time, but about every 10 letters, 4 are askew by a noticeable margin, and then they align for another 10 or so before being out of alignment again. I cannot find anything helpful
