Just recently upgraded from SolidWorks 2014 to 2024. It seems the new way of reattaching dimensions has made it so I can't adjust the extension lines by grabbing the handles and dragging it to the length I want. It doesn't seem like the help page for this topic has been updated to accommodate the changes. 

Is this still a feature in SolidWorks?
