In SW 2018 I'm having an issue when saving a drawing as a PDF my balloon arrow lines (and any annotation lines in general) are behind the edge lines of my views (see attached picture). This is only an issue with the PDF and is not visible in the SW drawing environment itself. I have the balloons in a separate layer to set the line color to red.
