We use two ways to create new files, the first one is the Copy Tree and the second one is the Save As.

The Copy Tree already have the Check-In feature, but if the user uses the Save As from solidworks, the file will remain in Check-Out, but we need do the auto check-in in this situation too.  

So, I created a Dispatch feature to do the Check-In for the SolidWorks files if user use Save As:
