Hi, 

i am new to solidworks. I got a licence but i cannot login to the 3d experience Platform. It states i am not permitted to access.

But i can go to go.3ds.com and login there. From there i can access the 3d experience Platform but when i try to run Solidworks

i get an error message that reads: Licence not granted: XWA (Licence error 20).

Can someone help me with this problem?
