I’m currently trying to model a part in SolidWorks to be cut on a Trumpf LaserTube 5000 machine. The idea is to start with a 50x30x2.6 mm rectangular tube, add some cutouts and holes, and generate a flat pattern to send to the workshop.

But when I try to flatten the part, I get this error:
“This part contains no sheet metal feature to flatten.”
