I need to create an accurate CAD Model of an electronics component called Film-Capacitor. 

Basically, it consists of two very long plastic foil strips that each have a very thin metal film evaporated onto it. 

These two separate plastic films with metal layer on it are wound onto a cylinder so that a rolling pattern of A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B.... is created.
