This is only happening to some files. Some open fine, but recently I have had a few PDFs that don't seem to ever load as they get stuck in a continuous loop of "get latest verison", even if the pdf is 500kb.

The PDFs are created from drawings, and should only have one version as they are never changed or revised.

I have cleared local cache, but nothing seems to fix it.

Am I missing something obvious
