I was hoping to get some help here, I an tech support for a client he is having issues with saving a drawing 

When he goes to close the file even after saving it, it asks do you want to save or close. clicking save looks like it saves it but it doesn't and if you hit close the same message pops up. and if you just close it nothing saves at all either. tried renaming the file, saving it as a different
