I've got a customers low poly model and on the , most acute angles they would like a fillet to be placed.

Issue is that filleting returns an error saying its too complex.

I've built the model from scratch from the customers export on blender and have simplified some of the faces already. I used a 3d sketch and then built up surfaces until i could make a solid. I've tried a 2mm fillet on edges
