Has anyone come across this issue or know of a setting that causes this?

I'm creating some very simple assemblies with standard mates (coincident, distance, and angle) and it doesn't seem to matter if it a 2 part or 400 part assembly. Upon selecting the mate, the parts will move together at a very slow rate. I have never seen this in the past at other employers or machines, although I have been dealing
