We have an older toolbox fastener that has a circular reference. It's been that way since whatever toolbox version it came from. It pops up an error icon in the assembly tree. There is a system option to control when that icon is displayed. I changed it to "In equation dialog only" as I have in previous releases, however, despite that the icon remains in 24 SP1.
