Why can I not capture any characters when using a custom dictionary for the OCR capturing functionality in SOLIDWORKS® Inspection?

I have attempted to configure the OCR editor for custom fonts multiple times, but the OCR is still not working correctly. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please find the attached PDF drawing for your reference.
