Just started working with weldments/structural members so I may just not be seeing the answer to my questions (yet)

I have a requirement to draw some mobile 'tables'. Basically, a rectangular structure that will be sheeted on 4 sides. The initial request was to have the 'frame' built of 1x3 rectangular tube. I got my 3D sketch drawn and was able to add structural members and get everything trimmed.
