I am looking for a way to automate hole wizard placement.

Take for instance a power outlet box from McMaster. There are 6 holes in the part. Can I add a hole wizard to the power box outlet that I could say "propagate to mounting plane" and then it automatically puts the holes into the respective piece where the box would mount in real life?
