I'm trying to add a simple image to the image library in Composer but I can't get it to recognize the .BMP with an alpha layer. I'm using GIMP for the photo editing. The only way I can get composer to recognize the file is if I save the color mode to "indexed" instead of RGB, but GIMP will not allow alpha layers on color indexed files. Is there something I am missing here? I scaled the size down to the 400x400 to match the stock images, reduced the file size, tried all of the obvious save settings through GIMP but I can't seem to figure out what Composer is looking for to make the images appear in the library.
