Hello,

I would be very appreciative if someone could point me in the right direction for this part.  I can model the Flight in Sheet Metal environment & add the cutouts & it will flatten.  However, I cannot figure out how to add the "teeth" and have the model flatten.  Since the teeth are on a helical edge; basic edge or sketch flanges don't work. 

I have attached for reference the "basic flight" that
