Help me understand what could be the cause of a strange log file I found in multiple workstations inside the C:\temp folder

The file is named "badAttrs.txt" and the content is a list of full paths inside our PDM Local vault view.
I looked at the date and time and there is no clue on what could be the cause.

The content is different from PC to PC and it spans from a couple of files to hundreds. Its structure
