Hello, can some one please help me with a problem I have encountered?

I have no been using Solidworks for long but when I drew a sketch I was able to move it with a symbol like the origin symbol but just two arrow heads, so movement across and up and down screen.

This has now dissipated, I know I can move the sketch other ways but this was so easy.

Can you please tell me how to enable this again, I have
