Hi all,
If you've worked with PDM (add-ins), you have probably encountered the error message above at least once. Despite the abundance of online content claiming to fix this issue, we found that many solutions simply don't work. This problem persisted for multiple users, leading us to try various troubleshooting steps:
- Clearing the plugins folder from AppData
- Removing registry keys of the add-in
- Rebooting
