Basically solidworks will refuse to dimension properly to holes that i'm adding with hole wizard.

Centermarks and dimension always snap to a different Location (the origin)

I.E. if i tell it to centermark to A1 it creates a centermark at the origin instead.

If I create a dimension to A1 it will show as the yellow dimension until i actually click and then will appear as the red dimension.
