I recently purchased a yearly subscription for makers but I can not find the app 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Professional in my account. I can not see it under "My Apps" in the online dashboard. I can see it under "My Roles" but after clicking on the app symbol it only displays the Welcome one. Please help!
