I want to remove a joint at the intersection of two structural members. It should be possible using this method:

On one computer I get the expected dialogue:

But on another computer I get this dialogue collapsed so that no members show whatsoever, and the members are not highlighted, and it is not possible to click on members to get them added or subtracted.

Has anyone had this experience? How does one
