It looks like they've made a change to how cosmetic threads act when the tapped hole gets moved in the model. In previous versions if you were editing the model and it had cosmetic threads in it, when you got to the drawing, some of the time the cosmetic thread would either be real large or real small depending on how much & which direction the tapped hole would move.
