Hello, I was hoping someone could help me understand this issue I've seen several times at work and hopefully find a solution.

I have a checked-out assembly, all of its parts are checked in and I'm using the latest version of each, all looks updated, clean and good. When I try to check in the assembly, I get the "The file is not rebuilt warning", I click on the issue and a window pops up listing 2 parts
